You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. At SQUSH you have even longer: you can return items for any reason within 30 days of receiving them, as explained in our Refund policy.
How to cancel
Just tell us clearly that you have decided to cancel. You can either:
- email us at hello@sqush.co.uk with your order number and the items you are cancelling, or
- fill in the model cancellation form below and email it to us. You do not have to use the form.
Email the cancellation form to us: this opens a ready-to-fill message in your email app.
Your cancellation counts as long as you send it before the 14 days are over.

After you cancel
Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: SQUSH, 3 Rhodes Way, Watford WD24 4YW, United Kingdom. Return postage is paid by you, unless an item is faulty or not what you ordered. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back or your proof of postage, whichever comes first, to your original payment method.
