Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. The estimated delivery time is 11 to 17 days from your order; it is shown again at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Christmas: order by 7 December for delivery before Christmas.

Depending on the item, your order may be sent from one of our partner warehouses, in the UK or abroad. The estimate already takes this into account. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

When your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery time, email us at hello@sqush.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it. If a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
