Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

SQUSH is a trading name of Salade de Fruits LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 1021 East Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. You can contact us at hello@sqush.co.uk. Our UK returns address is SQUSH, 3 Rhodes Way, Watford WD24 4YW, United Kingdom (returns only).

2. Your order

When you place an order, we email you to acknowledge it. Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free. If we find a clear pricing error after you order, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Please check our Size Guide before you order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to the address you gave us.

6. Cancelling and returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, for any reason. This includes your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days. Returned items must be in perfect condition and return postage is paid by you, unless an item is faulty or not what you ordered. How to return items, and how refunds work, is explained in our Refund policy.

7. Faulty items

We must supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or are negligent, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. Our products are for domestic and private use: we are not responsible for any business losses.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If such an event delays your order, we will tell you as soon as we can and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid for items not yet received.

10. Your personal information

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you place it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, also in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you have a complaint, please email us first: most problems can be solved quickly.
